I first design Fluxx cards using Jasc(r) Paint Shop Pro [www.jasc.com].
To print them using a laser printer, I:
1. Print out card on plain paper, centered, printing crop and alignment marks.
2. Line up card using the marks.
3. Tape the card down with masking tape on the corners.
4. Print on this page again, without crop and alignment marks.
I now get a card that will not run when wet and/or rubbed [i tested the first one, solid black, under warm water for 5 minutes, then rubbed dry with toilet paper -- not a bit fell/wore/ran off].
